  Cathy Hartjoy PA-C

  Board Certified Physician Assistant

  Cathy Hartjoy is a board certified Physician Assistant in family practice medicine since 2005. She welcomes the opportunity to join White River Family Care and practice in the community where she lives. Cathy trained at the University of Wisconsin-Madison prior to moving west and settling in the area. She started her career path in health promotion and fitness before discovering her desire to pursue medical training as a Physician Assistant. Cathy has a passion for developing lasting relationships and helping her patients achieve their optimal long term health goals. Her special medical interests include diabetes management and preventative medicine. When Cathy is not working she is often found spending time with her husband Jeff and two children Luke and Hannah. She enjoys hiking, running, skiing, coaching soccer, and playing scrabble and card games. Work Days – Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

  Jeff Boulet PA-C

  Board Certified Physician's Assistant

  Jeff Boulet is a board certified Physician’s Assistant who has been practicing in Buckley since 1997. Jeff’s professional career began in London, England with marketing and international business. A change to the pharmaceutical industry brought him back to his hometown of Puyallup. Seeing the important role physician assistants play in the lives of patients, Jeff was inspired to become a PA and moved to Philadelphia, PA where he earned his degree in Physician Assistant Medicine. Jeff enjoys all aspects of family care medicine and he espicially cherishes the relationships he develops with patients throughout their lives. He is interested in health and wellness strategies and sports medicine for all ages. As an avid outdoorsman, Jeff pursues mountaineering, cycling, skiing, scuba diving, beekeeping, family soccer games, and all activities that allow him to be outside! His passion of outdoors is shared by his family who include his wife of 15 years, Marcy, and daughters Mckenna (9) and Olivia (7). Jeff is currently accepting new patients and welcomes patients who desire a provider with good listening skills and compassionate health care delivery. Work Days – Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

  Michael Welsh M.D.

  Family Physician

  Dr. Welsh received his medical degree from the University of Missouri. He completed a one year general surgery internship and a 3 year Family Practice residency following medical school. Dr Welsh is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and has a certificate of additional qualification in sports medicine. In 1990 after 5 years of private practice Dr. Welsh started White River Family Care in Buckley. He enjoys not only the wisdom of and technology of medicine in the 21st century but the community and patient relationships absent in most modern health care delivery systems. Dr. Welsh places a strong emphasis on healthy lifestyle strategies when treating his patients. He utilizes an array of therapies including nutritional supplements and acupuncture. Dr. Welsh and his family (wife Jan and four children – Jaclyn, Dylan, Kristian, and Griffin) live in the countryside near Enumclaw. He enjoys his time with his family as well as landscaping, small building projects, traveling, and reading. Dr.Welsh is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys running, biking, backpacking, tennis, and golf. “The medical providers at White River Family Care enjoy their work, patients and live in our community.
